Assemblage!!!

Have I mentioned that I love assemblage? Yes, yes I have. Sometimes assemblage is laborious, involving pieces that I create myself. This is an example of an assemblage that is special because of the found objects themselves. My vintage-loving friend Katie found these Wisconsin music competition medals, and I just added the gorgeous artisan-made cast-pewter heart and Swarovski baroque pearl.
